Get Rid Of Your Electronic Waste For A Good Cause At Bonita High
The Bonita High School PTSA is hosting an electronic waste recycling event later this month.

LA VERNE, CA — Residents will have a chance to finally get rid of that busted-up printer gathering dust in the closet as the Bonita High School PTSA will host an e-waste recycling drive on Oct. 16.
Los Angeles County residents can drop off the old electronics at the high school's parking lot from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., organizers said. The event will accept televisions, computers, laptops, monitors, smartphones and tablets.
Microwaves, refrigerators, batteries, lightbulbs, appliances and furniture are not be accepted.

The high school’s PTSA will receive 10 cents for every pound collected during the event.
