Pomona Church Fire Doused in 30 Minutes

Smoke and flames from a window led firefighters to the fire.

POMONA, CA -- Firefighters spent nearly 30 minutes fight a fire at the Victory Outreach Church Tuesday night in Pomona, a fire dispatcher said.

The fire was reported at around 8:30 p.m. and smoke and flames coming from the window of the church directed firefighters to the flames, the dispatcher said.

The fire was doused by around 9 p.m. No one was injured in the fire.
