Enjoy An Extra Hour Sunday As Daylight Saving Time Ends
It's time to set all of your clocks back one hour because daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Daylight saving time ends in the United StatesΒ on Sunday, Nov. 3, atΒ 2 a.m. local time.
Set yourΒ clock back one hour, following the adage of βspring forward, fall back.β The extra hour gives you a chance to catch up on the sleep you lost in March when the clocks moved forward and daylight saving time began.

Now it's optional for states, but onlyΒ Arizona and HawaiiΒ do notΒ observe it. Because of Hawaii's tropical latitude, sunrise and sunset do not vary much.Β Indiana used to ignore daylight saving timeΒ but now observes it.Β
