St. Patrick's Day at the Brigantine

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at The Brigantine Seafood in Coronado where their homemade Corned Beef goes through a 14-day brining process courtesy of Executive Corporate Chef Steve Floyd, bringing the true flavors of Ireland right to the Village. 

The Brigantine will offer a mouthwatering Reuben Sandwich served on Rye Bread and filled with their homemade Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese and Thousand Island Dressing. Because the Brig is known for their tacos they are serving up Corned Beef Tacos in their Oyster Bar.

Can’t make it to lunch? No problem, as these traditional flavors last all the way to dinner. On the menu is the Guinness Braised Corned Beef served with sautéed Cabbage with Bacon and Caramelized Onions served alongside homemade Mustard.
