Poll: Big Bay Boom Is a Bust! Should New Fireworks Show Be Slated?
Fourth of July sky show disappointed many people with its all-at-once display over the bay.
More than 500,000 people were disappointed by the on the Fourth of July, when it took 25 minutes to get the word out that the entire fireworks show had blown at once over San Diego Bay. According to U-T San Diego, Garden State Fireworks co-owner August Santore said: “We’re a proud company and we’ll do whatever we need to do, come back and do another show and not charge for it.” No date was specified. And 10News.com said San Diego would bear a high cost. Should Garden State be forced to redo the show this weekend?
