Apple Scoops Up $46M South Bay Property: Report

Apple purchased the property from Harvest Properties and Invesco, which jointly owned it, The Mercury News reports.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — Apple’s massive South Bay footprint just got bigger.

The Silicon Valley behemoth added around 58,000 square feet of space to its portfolio with the purchase of a Sunnyvale office and research building, The Mercury News reports.

Apple paid $46.5 million in cash for the property listed at 470 and 474 Potrero Ave., according to the report.
