CAMPBELL, CA — The Campbell Express Library is open as a cooling center as the crux of this week’s heat wave hits the Bay Area on Thursday.

All Santa Clara County library locations are open as cooling centers for community members to escape the heat.

The Campbell Community Center (1 West Campbell Avenue) will also open as a cooling center from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday.
