Cooling Centers Open In Santa Clara Co. Amid Triple Digit Temperatures

Temperatures surpassed 100 degrees on Tuesday afternoon and were expected to remain in the 90s throughout the week.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — Cooling centers are open in Santa Clara County this week as a heat wave rolls through the South Bay and the greater Bay Area.

Temperatures surpassed 100 degrees on Tuesday afternoon and were expected to remain in the 90s throughout the week. The National Weather Service issued an Excessive Heat Advisory for the Bay Area.
