Cupertino Sheriff's Blotter, July 12-16: Possession, Contributing to Delinquency of Minor

The following arrest information was obtained from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

Possession

  • A 23-year-old San Francisco man was arrested at 5:39 p.m. July 6 at San Fernando Court and Byrne Avenue in Cupertino for an infraction related to possession of marijuana.
  • A 35-year-old Carmel man was arrested at 1:29 a.m. July 9 at 19885 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino for an infraction related to possession of marijuana and misdemeanor selling tear gas and a tear gas weapon. 
  • A 52-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 6:30 p.m. July 13 at 20735 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino for felony possession of narcotics, controlled substance. Bail set at $10,000.
  • A 37-year-old transient man was arrested at 6:30 p.m. July 13 at 20745 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino for misdemeanor unlawful possession of paraphernalia and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $6,000.
  • A 26-year-old Campbell man was arrested at 6:30 a.m. July 15 at Wolfe and Homestead roads in Cupertino for felony possession of narcotics, controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $36,000.

DUI

  • A 32-year-old San Francisco man was arrested at 1:05 a.m. July 14 at De Anza Boulevard and Valley Green Drive in Cupertino for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $10,000.

Vandalism

  • A 60-year-old Aptos woman was arrested at 11:35 a.m. July 2 at 10495 So. De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino for vandalism causing damages of between $5,000 and $50,000.

Hit-And-Run

  • A 24-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 2:30 a.m. July 12 at Highway 85 and Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino for misdemeanor hit-and-run and misdemeanor suspended license.

Contributing to Delinquency of Minor

  • An 18-year-old youth was arrested at 2:05 p.m. May 21 on Homestead Road in Cupertino for misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of a minor.

Inflicting Corporal Injury

  • A 28-year-old Los Altos woman was arrested at 12:30 a.m. July 16 at Stelling and Homestead roads in Cupertino for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant. Bail set at $10,000.
