Cupertino Sheriff's Blotter, July 17-20: Underage Drinking, Burglary, Prowling

The following arrest information was obtained from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violation

  • A 33-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 11:14 a.m. July 3 at Blaney Avenue and John Drive in Cupertino for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for violation of stop requirements.

Probation Violation

  • A 25-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 1:53 a.m. July 17 on Brookwell Drive in Cupertino for misdemeanor probation violation.

Underage Drinking

  • A 20-year-old Sunnyvale woman was arrested at 11:53 a.m. June 22 at Linda Vista Drive and Columbus Avenue in Cupertino for misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.

Burglary

  • A 48-year-old Boulder Creek man was arrested at 5:55 a.m. July 18 at Wolfe Road and Vallco Parkway in Cupertino for misdemeanor resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer, felony first-degree burglary and felony re-arrest for probation violation.

Defraud of Innkeeper

  • A 26-year-old Georgia man was arrested at 5:08 p.m. July 18 at Mariani Avenue and No. De Anza Boulevard for misdemeanor defraud of innkeeper. Bail set at $6,000.

Possession

  • A 22-year-old Gilroy man was arrested at 11:16 p.m. May 27 at Homestead Road and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino for misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of minor and two infractions for having no stop lights and possession of marijuana while in vehicle.
  • An 18-year-old Cupertino man was arrested at 11:29 a.m. May 29 on McClellan Road in Cupertino, for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Parole Hold

  • A 32-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 6:25 p.m. July 19 at So. De Anza Boulevard and Sharon Drive in Cupertino for felony parole hold.

Prowling

  • A 37-year-old Cupertino man was arrested at 10:13 a.m. July 20 at East Estates Drive and Clifford drives in Cupertino for misdemeanor prowling and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $6,000.

Smoking in Vehicle With Minor

  • A 51-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at 3:50 p.m. May 14 at De Anza Boulevard and Pacifica Drive in Cupertino for an infraction related to smoking a pipe, cigar, or cigarette in a motor vehicle, whether in motion or at rest, in which there is a minor.
