Keep Cool: Cooling Center Open In Cupertino

CUPERTINO, CA — The Cupertino Senior Center will be open again Tuesday and Wednesday for people to cool off, city officials said Monday.

The center at 21251 Stevens Creek Blvd. is typically open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Anyone of any age can visit the center to get cool.

City officials made the decision to keep the center open because of the persistent heat wave and because of requests from residents.
