Teen Charged With Murder In Fatal Shooting Near San Jose Mall: Police
Responding officers found the victim, a man who died at the scene, according to police.

SAN JOSE, CA — A teenager is charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting near a San Jose mall, police said.
Matthew Antracoli, 18, of San Mateo, was arrested last week in Morgan Hill and booked into Santa Clara County jail, according to police.
The murder charge stems from a shooting that occurred around 1:30 p.m. April 19 in the 1000 block of Blossom River Drive, near the Westfield Oakridge Shopping Center, police said. Responding officers found the victim, a man who died at the scene, according to police.

Loved ones told NBC Bay Area that the name of the deceased was Jorge Torres Maestre and that the 41-year-old was walking his dog when he was killed. The shooting is the city’s ninth homicide this year, police said.
