Watch Live Stream: Apple 'iPhone 8' Product Launch Event
Here's how to watch the long-awaited event from Apple out of the Steve Jobs Theater.

CUPERTINO, CA — Apple's much-anticipated special event to launch its newest products is scheduled to start on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 1 p.m. Eastern, 10 local time. It will be held in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple's campus in Cupertino, California — the first event ever held in the new venue.
Industry watchers expect the company to unveil the new iPhone 8, likely in a few versions, just as it has rolled out the iPhone 7 and iPhone 6 in previous years. But the iPhone 8 isn't expected to be revolutionary — it will probably look a lot like the 7, only with incremental improvements on the internal hardware. The real excitement — at least for Apple devotees — are the rumors of the so-called "iPhone X." This version will come with a hefty price tag and luxury features, including dual rear-facing cameras and an edge-to-edge high-quality screen, according to The Inquirer.

But don't get too excited just yet. Multiple reports suggest that there may be significant delays before some of the products announced Tuesday actually go on sale. Manufacturing hurdles and other delays may mean would-be buyers have to wait longer than they'd like to get the new iPhone. Some suggest you'll have to wait until later in the year — or even until 2018.
If you enjoy the drama of Apple's unique showmanship, be sure to watch the live event as the company reveals its new features.
