3 Arrested After Davis Home Invasion
The men in their 20s entered the home, sprayed the victims with chemicals and stole their property.

Three men in their 20s were arrested Wednesday after entering a West Davis home, spraying victims with chemicals and stealing their property.
Jared Grensted, 20, of Davis, Bryan Panzich, 23, of Winters and Eric Panzich, 24, of Winters invaded the victims’ home on the 1400 block of Notre Dame Drive around 8:30 pm, according to the Davis Police Department.
“Two white male suspects burst into their home, sprayed the victims with some type of caustic chemical and displayed what appeared to be a handgun,” Davis Lt. Paul Doroshov said in a statement. “After rifling through the house, the suspects fled with the victims’ property.”

Less than 20 minutes later, a police officer pulled over a white Mitsubishi sedan near Lake Boulevard. Stolen property was found inside the vehicle along with a “self-defense” type chemical spray and an air gun that looked similar to a Berretta semi-automatic handgun.
All three were booked at the Yolo County Jail on robbery, burglary, conspiracy, assault and drug charges. They’re each being held on $100,000 bail.

The victims suffered pain and irritation from the chemicals, but refused medical treatment, according to police.
