Seminar aims to show business owners some incentives they can take advantage of.

Please join us in a free seminar on Tuesday, Aug. 27 to hear about the new State businessĀ incentives coming to California to accelerate job and business growth, including:
- A new targeted hiring credit
- A new sales and use tax exemption for manufacturing and R&D equipment purchases
- A new tax credit for business attraction and expansion called "California Competes" thatĀ provides up to $200 million per year for income tax credits to companies (of all sizes) thatĀ are committed to growing in California.
Kish Rajan, Director of GO-Biz, the Governor's office that administers the "CaliforniaĀ Competes" program, will be there to discuss āwhatās next.āThis seminar is presented by GO-Biz in partnership with the City of Davis, City of WestĀ Sacramento, West Sacramento and Davis Chambers, SACTO, the Metro Chamber and others.
