Money Spent at G Street WunderBar Friday Night Will Benefit Mikey Partida

Proceeds from purchases made at the G Street WunderBar Friday night will help "alleviate some of the financial burdens incurred" by Mikey Partida, who was the victim of a beating that Davis Police are investigating as a hate crime. 

The following was shared by Mikey's Justice Fund Friday morning. It was originally posted by the G Street WunderBar: 

We are privileged to announce, that in partnership with Mikey's Justice Fund, this Friday night is officially Mikey's Night! 

Come and show your support for Lawrence "Mikey" Partida, a dear regular of ours, who on March 10th was the victim of a senseless act of violence, suspected of being sexual orientation motivated. 

We'll have our resident Friday night DJ, DJ Smilez, spinning all the tracks you want to hear, and all of our Friday drink specials on booze that you really want!
So come on down, have a great time, help a great cause, and let everyone know that our community doesn't stand for atrocities like this!

A portion of the night's proceeds will be donated back to Mikey and his family to alleviate some of the financial burdens incurred by this terrible crime.
