No Plea Entered by Steven Hendrix for Murder Charges in Second Street Fatal Accident
His arraignment was continued into May at the request of the defense for charges of second-degree murder of Cynthia Jonasen.

DAVIS- The driver accused of causing the accident that killed Davis resident Cynthia Jonasen last Wednesday was seen briefly in court today; however he did not enter a plea. He has been rescheduled for an arraignment on May 2, at 1:30 p.m. in the Yolo County Court.
Prosecutors are reportedly seeking a second-degree murder conviction, as well as, felony counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence of drugs causing injury with an enhancement for multiple victims, and four counts of child endangerment; a misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended license; and case enhancements for having prior felony convictions and committing a felony while on bail, according to the Davis Enterprise.
Hendrix is held without bail.
