Profanity At The Co-Op And Three-Hour Flute Solos
This police log is an organized list of reported crime in Davis during the last 24 hours.

The following reports were taken during the 24 hours between 5 a.m. on June 19 and 5 a.m. on June 20. Among them you will find incidents involving coffee-shop trespassing, animal abuse and a three-hour-long flute solo.

6:30 a.m. – Checked Welfare: A male with dark complexion and white hair staggered in and out of traffic near Peet’s Coffee on W. Covell Road.
8:38 a.m. – Trespassing: A male who was given a trespassing warning last Thursday entered a Starbucks on F Street. The subject was described as a white male wearing a hippie vest, gypsy shorts and knee-high socks.

10 a.m. – Trespassing: A black female subject with “thin shoulder length hair” was shouting profanities at the Davis Food Co-op.
1:54 p.m. – Reckless Driving: White Toyota (possible a Camry) was driving 30-40 miles per hour down J Street, near Drexel Drive. Police were unable to locate it.

2:53 p.m. – Health and Safety/Drug Activity: Officer initiated activity and made an arrest near K and East 8th streets.
5:22 p.m. – Missing Person: Adult daughter left her residence Saturday night at 11:30 and had been unaccounted for since. The subject was wearing a gray romper (top and bottom together) and was traveling on foot. Her destination is unknown.
5:37 p.m. – Drug Activity: Two males were smoking marijuana in a white SUV at Slide Hill Park on Tulip Lane.
6:06 p.m. – Dogs left in a blue Honda Civic near FedEx Kinkos on F Street. The temperature was 89 degrees. Unable to locate the owner.
7:30 p.m. – Violation of Court Order: Woman refused to turn her children over to their father, who is supposed to have custody until June 25. A report was taken.
8:28 p.m. – Reckless Driving: Driver going the wrong way on Olive Drive toward Richards Boulevard from I-80. The caller suspected the driver of the large, white pickup truck might be drunk.
8:42 p.m. – Loose pitbull with a red handkerchief and possibly sick was lying on a front lawn. Owner could not be located.
9:27 p.m. – Family Disturbance: 15-year-old son shoving and yelling at his mother because she took away his phone for coming home late.
10:36 p.m. – Petty Theft: Medical marijuana stolen.
2: 26 a.m. – Noise Complaint: Someone was playing a recorder flute in an unknown apartment for at least three hours.
