Railroad Repairs: 3rd Street Closed Tuesday

Third Street will be closed between H and I Streets Tuesday so that the railroad tracks can be repaired.

The City has granted permission for the California Northern Railroad to perform critical repairs fo the tracks from 7 am until around 5 pm.

The sidewalks adjacent to the road will be closed as well.

Workers have been directed to accommodate access to nearby businesses and residents, according to a release from the .

Businesses will be open, but some parking and bus routes will be affected.
