Teen With Suspended License Crashes into Tree Near Mace Boulevard
The traffic collision caused minor property damage and major damage to the Jeep.

California Highway Patrol officers received a call Tuesday that a Jeep Cherokee had veered off of I-80 and collided with a tree just east of Mace Boulevard. The 19-year-old driver of the car was on a suspended license, according to police:
CHP officers began an investigation and determined that Paige Eloise Nicole Terry Hopkins, a 19-year-old female from Sacramento was the driver at the time of the traffic collision and was driving on a suspended California Driver License.

The traffic collision caused minor property damage and major damage to the Jeep. Hopkins suffered from complaints of pain and was transported to U.C. Davis Medical Center.
Gerald Kendrix, Jr., a 23-year-old male from Sacramento was a passenger in the Jeep and suffered minor lacerations. He was transported to U.C. Davis Medical Center for treatment.
