The bookstore is operated by the Diamond Bar Friends of the Library and was closed because of COVID-19.

DIAMOND BAR, CA — After being closed for much of the pandemic, the Diamond Bar Friends of the Library reopened its used bookstore to the public on Aug. 2.
BasicallyBOOKS is operated by an all-volunteer staff and will be open five days a week throughout August, according to the Friends of the Library. Used book donations are currently not being accepted.
All proceeds made by the store go directly to the library, the nonprofit group said.
