Diamond Bar Offering Free Cab Rides For Holiday Shoppers

The Holiday Diamond Ride program will take people from their homes to a Diamond Bar shopping center and back.

DIAMOND BAR, CA — City officials are offering residents free rides to and from shopping centers this holiday season to help cut down on traffic-induced stress.

The annual Holiday Diamond Ride program will run from Nov. 26 to Jan. 2 as a way to encourage residents to shop locally, Diamond Bar officials said.

To book a trip, residents can call 800-578-6555. The service is only available to Diamond Bar residents who are at least 18-years-old, and proof of residency is required, officials said.
