Walnut To Celebrate The Holidays With A 'Winter Jam'

WALNUT, CA — Residents are invited to Suzanne Park Saturday to celebrate the holidays as Walnut will throw its "Winter Jam" celebration.

The family-friendly event will be from 6 to 10 p.m. and will feature live music, food trucks and a "Winter Wonderland" play area for children. Families will also have the chance to take photographs with Santa Claus from 7 to 8:30 p.m., city officials said.

Although the Winter Jam is free to attend, access to the Winter Wonderland costs $8 per person, and photos with Santa are $5.

Residents are encouraged to bring their chairs to enjoy the live music or purchase a VIP ticket for $100, which includes a table for up to eight people, a charcuterie cup, two drinks, reserved parking and front of the line access to the food trucks.

VIP tickets are available at the Walnut Senior Center.
