DIAMOND BAR, CA — The city is throwing a Halloween Party this Friday for both children and dogs.
The free event will allow youths to go trick-or-treating in a safe environment, Diamond Bar officials. Games for both children and canine companions will be on hand at the party, and there will also be a dog costume contest.
Craft stations, raffle prizes and photo stations will be on hand during the event. The party will be held at Pantera Park near the dog park and basketball courts from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., officials said.
