The District Office is a vital part of a legislative office.Β The District Office assists constituents with problems they are experiencing with state agencies, including, but not limited to: renters and homeowners assistance; property tax issues; unemployment and disability insurance; veteransβ affairs; and the Department of Motor Vehicles. The district office also serves to address constituent concerns regarding state legislation.
The open house will also serve as an opportunity to meet district staff.Β Catherina βCatβ Nou, who recently transferred from the Capitol Office as the District Director and Erica Rodriguez-Langley and Don Lowrie who continue their service as 8th Assembly District Field Representatives.
The 8th Assembly District includes portions of Solano and Yolo counties and the cities of Benicia, Davis, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Vacaville, West Sacramento, Winters and Woodland.
