Beginning Thursday May 5th 2011, non-profit groups from Dixon who desire to operate a Safe and Sane Fireworks Sales Stand can obtain the application and answers to frequently asked questions from www.dixonfire.org. They may also be picked up in person from the Dixon Fire Department at 205 Ford Way and from City Hall at 600 East “A” Street in Dixon CA 95620.
Applications must be turned in to City Hall along with the filing fee between May 26th 2011 and May 31st 2011. The permit lottery, if required will be held Friday June 3rd 2011 at the Fire Department Training Room. Additional information can be obtained by calling the Fire Department at 707-678-7060.
