0058 Agency assist for Dixon Fire Department in the 400 block of West H Street.
0126 Barking dog complaint in the 400 block of North Washington Street.
0128 Suspicious circumstance at 450 East Mayes. A laser pointer was being pointed at a CHP
aircraft. Michael Maxwell (38), of Vacaville, was arrested for the felony section of 247.5
PC – Discharge Laser at Occupied Aircraft after shinning the laser at the aircraft in
excess of 30 times. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
0500 Verbal dispute heard in the 1100 block of Woodman Way.
0515 Open garage door in the 900 block of Charity Lane.
0600 Threats reported in the 1100 blk of Woodman Way resulted in the arrest of Anaya Jose
(29) for 422 PC Threats and 1203.2 PC Probation Violation. Jose had threatened to burn
down neighbor’s house during verbal dispute. Jose was booked at Solano CJ
