Congressman Garamendi Will Hold Town Halls in Vacaville, Davis

Got a question for your congressman? Rep. John Garamendi (D-Fairfield) will hold a series of town hall meetings later this month, including on in Vacaville on May 13 and one in Davis on May 31.

The Vacaville event will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on May 13 at the McBride Senior Center, 91 Town Square Place.

Here's what his office says about the Davis event:

Congressman John Garamendi will host his 8th town hall of 2013 at the Davis Senior Center at 646 A Street.

Garamendi’s opening remarks will be geared toward issues that most matter to seniors, including an update on disconcerting proposals in Washington to change Social Security and Medicare, but all residents of the 3rd Congressional District are invited to join and ask the Congressman anything.

It is an open question and answer format. Light refreshments will be served.

The Davis event will be held from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on May 31 at the Davis Senior Center, 646 A St.

His other town hall meetings will be in Rio Vista and Yuba City.
