Dixon Officials Respond to Dog Park Maintenance Complaints

If you have been wondering why the grass has been tall in some areas, here's an explanation.

DIXON, CA- The City of Dixon publicly responded to a report of concern from a resident who said the grass needed to be mowed at the dog park near Hall Park.

According to their social media post, the City checked in with the park’s maintenance department who wanted to let residents know that this time of year is bad and everything is coming out of dormancy and growing fast.

Hall Park is reportedly mowed every Tuesday, weather permitting, so since it has been a wet couple weeks of storms, weather hasn’t permitted.
