0100 Occupied suspicious vehicle in the 100 blk of Dorset Dr. Passenger, Erica L. Moulder, 32, of San Francisco, was found in possession of methamphetamine and arrested for 11377(a) H&S – illegal possession of a controlled substance.

0810 Warrant arrest of Samantha Wanderstadt was contacted and arrested on a warrant for 853.7 PC – failure to appear. She was transported to the Solano County Jail.

0900 Alarm activation in the 1400 blk of Ary Ln.

0920 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 700 blk of Wintun Ct.

1135 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Dixon Police Dept.

1145 Civil standby request in the 300 blk of S. Eighth St.

1205 911 disconnect from a payphone in the 1300 blk of Stratford Ave.

1225 Follow-up investigation conducted by phone.

1235 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 300 blk of N. First St. During the above Civil Standby requested by Sandra Lee Arismendez, 46, of Dixon, she was observed on a bicycle an officer recognized as possibly reported stolen. Follow-up investigation revealed the bike had been reported stolen several days earlier and Arismendez was arrested for possession of stolen property upon being located in the 300 blk of N. First St. She was booked at the Solano County Jail for violations of 496 PC – possession of stolen property, and 1203.2 PC – violation of probation.

1720 Pedestrian stop in the 600 block of Walnut Park Dr resulted in the arrest of Saul Aguilera, 28, of Dixon, on a warrant out of Yolo County for violation of 853.7 PC – failure to appear. Aguilera was booked at the Solano County Jail.

1725 Cellular 911 in the 400 blk of E. Mayes St.

1800 Noise disturbance in the 600 blk of Calmace Dr.

1910 Narcotics use reported in the 100 blk of Heritage Ln.

1940 Suspicious person reported laying in the bushes in the 100 blk of N. First St. Probationer, Ismael Yiyo Mercado-Estrada, 40, of Dixon, was arrested for a probation violation . He was booked into the Solano County Jail on a charge of 1203.2(a) PC – probation violation.

2035 Traffic enforcement stop in the 400 blk of N. Adams St resulted in the arrest of Gregory Dean Modar, 55, of Dixon, for 23152(a) CVC – driving under the influence of alcohol, and 14601.2(a) CVC – driving while suspended.

2040 Court order violation reported in the 400 blk of W. Chestnut St.

2115 Suspicious persons drinking in a parking lot in the 800 blk of N. Adams St.

0720 Agency Assist for Humane Animal Services. In the area of Rehrmann Dr / Rose Way.

0730 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 1100 blk of N. Lincoln St.

0900 Suspicious Circumstance in the 400 block of West C St.

0910 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 100 blk of Dorset Dr.

0940 Assault With a Deadly Weapon reported in the 300 blk of W. Chestnut St. Gavin Ray Vinnard, 37, of Des Moines, IA, struck two subjects with a metal bar and attempted to run over a third subject with his car during an altercation he initiated. Vinnard was gone upon officers’ arrival, but was later located by Davis PD following a BOL to all neighboring agencies. Vinnard was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail for violations of 245(a)(1) PC – assault with a deadly weapon ( 3 counts ), 422 PC – criminal threats, and 594(a)(2) PC – vandalism.

1035 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 600 blk of Colusa Ct.

1040 Vandalism to several trees reported at Northwest Park.

1105 Physical altercation reported in the 1200 blk of Stratford Ave. Ernie Carter, 56, of Antioch, was arrested for 1203.2 PC – probation violation, 243(e)(1) PC – domestic battery, 207(a) PC – kidnapping, 236 PC – false imprisonment, and 594 PC – vandalism. He was booked at the Solano County Jail.

2135 Pedestrian stop at N. First St / RR crossing resulted in the arrest of a 70 yr old male for violation of 647(f) PC – public intoxication. He was booked into the Solano County Jail.

0133 Traffic stop on I-80 EB at Pitt School Rd resulted in the arrest of Taylor Jordan Samuel(24) , of Sacramento. Samuel was stopped for speeding and found to have a misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Appear out of San Jose. Samuel was also arrested for Driving on a Suspended License. Samuel was cited and released; his 2010 Lincoln sedan was impounded for 30 Days per 22651(p) VC.

0548 Agency Assist for Dixon Fire for a vehicle fire on w/b 80 at Meridian Rd.

0624 Wireless 911 from the 300 block of South Jackson St.

0627 Auto burglary in the 100 block of Dorset Dr.

0813 Suspicious circumstance on the Atkinson Ct resulted in the arrest of Jacob Werley, (30) of Dixon per 602 PC, trespassing. Werley was transported to Solano County Jail where he was booked without further incidend.
