Joshua Knoell (23), of Pittsburg, was arrested for out of county warrants for 11364 H&S – Possession of Paraphernalia, 148 PC - Resisting Arrest and 11377 H&S – Possession of a Methamphetamine. He was transported to the Solano County Jail. Sophia Brenna (33), of Pittsburg, was cited and release for 11377 H&S – Possession of a Controlled Substance
