0035 Suspicious vehicle stopped after a subject was observed exiting the store and ducking down in the back seat as it drove away. Subject and vehicle found to be associated with an attempted theft from the business.

0105 Security walk through at WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr, revealed three loaded carts near an emergency exit, probably associated with the above vehicle.

1355 Occupant of a suspicious vehicle in the 1900 blk of N. First St contacted and found to have two warrants out for his arrest. Richard Driggs, 33, of Sacramento, was arrested for violations of 853.7 PC-failure to appear out of Solano and Napa Counties. Driggs was also arrested for 11377 H&S-possession of methamphetamine, and 11364 H&S-possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Driggs was booked at the Solano County Jail for the above warrants and violations.
