0010 Noise complaint in the 1000 block of Newgate Way.

0030 Traffic enforcement stop in the 100 block of Dorset Dr resulted in the arrest of Elizabeth Mae Jimenez, 31, of Dixon, on two outstanding warrants from two different counties. Jimenez was wanted in Sacramento County on a $75,000 warrant for failing to appear after posting bail on auto theft and felony evading in a motor vehicle charges. Jimenez was wanted in Solano County on a $65,000 warrant for residential burglary and auto theft. Jimenez was booked into the Solano County Jail.

0005 Agency assist for the Solano County Sheriff on an armed robbery that just occurred at the Schroeder Rd Valero.

0215 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Dixon Police Dept for the Sacramento Police Dept who recovered a firearm reported to Dixon Police in 2015 as lost / stolen. SPD booked one into custody for possession of the missing firearm.

0235 Agency assist for the Solano Sheriff in the 2500 blk of Plaza Ct, contacting IL’s in the above armed robbery. Subjects’ involvement was subsequently ruled out.

0430 Suspicious person at Best Western Inn, 1340 Commercial Way, climbing over the balcony. Two subjects contacted who had a card key, one had a shoulder injury but refused medical after as it arrived.

0635 Officers responding to a 911 disconnect in the 1000 block of Jeffrey Ln discovered it was related to a domestic violence incident, but the responsible had fled prior to officers arriving.

0835 Property found in the 2500 blk of N. First St turned in and booked for safekeeping at the Dixon Police Dept.

0835 Domestic violence reported in the 500 blk of East D St. Caleb Rocha-Brownell, 35, of Dixon, was arrested for violation of 273.5 PC – felony domestic violence, and booked into the Solano County Jail.

0835 Cellular 911 disconnect with no associated address.

0850 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 1000 blk of Jeffrey Ln.

0900 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Lincoln Creek Apts, 1395 N. Lincoln St.

1210 Officers responded to second 911 call in the 1000 block of Jeffrey Ln advising the responsible from the earlier domestic violence incident had returned. Lazaro Urbieta-Baca, 38, of Dixon, was arrested and booked at the Solano County Jail for violations of 273.5(a) PC – felony domestic violence, 422 PC – criminal threats, 136.1(b)(1) PC – dissuading a witness, 273a(b) PC – child endangerment, and 591.5 PC – damaging a cellular phone to prevent contact with law enforcement.

1705 BOL and welfare check requested in the area of Stratford Ave / Pembroke Way for a possible suicidal subject who may also be experiencing a debilitating medical issue. Subject was subsequently located in the county by a Solano County Sheriff’s Deputy, but found to be neither suicidal or in need of medical assistance.

1930 Suspicious circumstance at Collier Dr / Arnold Ct. Secondhand info about a female pedestrian being followed by a vehicle. Responding officers were unable to locate either.

1415 Vehicle burglary in the parking lot of WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr. Backpack taken during the burglary was later located by a citizen in the Vacaville Outlets shopping center and turned over to the Vacaville Police Dept.

1435 During a probation search in the 1300 blk of N. Lincoln St, officers located an item associated with an attempted homicide that occurred in a nearby jurisdiction in 2012. The item was seized and booked at the Dixon Police Dept for further investigation.

1510 Physical altercation reported in the 300 blk of N. Almond St. Involved parties fled prior to officers’ arrival.
