The Emigh's tradition of raising lambs dates back to 1876, with Martin Emigh's great grandfather. Marin is a fourth-generation rancher, who plans to pass along the tradition to the fifth generation, his son Eric.

On Friday, the market's first customers enjoyed free samples and one lucky customer won a free leg of lamb.
