Fireworks Guidance Program Available for Dixon Nonprofit Agencies
The application and information packet for Dixon nonprofits to become a fireworks vendor this year are available at the Dixon Fire Department, Dixon City Hall or online at www.dixonfire.org
With several to Dixon's fireworks program in place, nonprofit agencies throughout Dixon who aspire to become fireworks vendors can now apply to become one.
The Dixon Fire Department has made available a fireworks vendor packet online at dixonfire.org, at the located at 205 Ford Way or at , 600 East A St. The packet consists of the application and some further information about the pilot program.
All interested nonprofits must have the application filled out and turned in to the city by Feb. 1, 2012, along with the application fee. The permit lottery will be held on March 15, 2012, inside the fire department's Training Room. For more information, call (707) 678-7070.
