By Bay City News Service Heavy fog in Solano County has prompted the California Highway Patrol to issue advisories for two area bridges. Heavy fog advisories were issued for the Carquinez and Benicia bridges this morning at 6:17 a.m. and 6:22 a.m., respectively, according to the CHP. Foggy conditions were also reported on the Richmond Bridge around 5 a.m., the CHP said. Visibility was reported at less than a quarter mile on the bridge.
