activities related to facilities, safety, and access to transit, rail, and ferry service.

In the last year, the BAC worked with the STA staff and local cities to develop the Solano Countywide Bicycle Transportation Plan with a focus on the countywide bicycle network  between cities and communities. The PAC developed the Solano Countywide Pedestrian Transportation Plan. Both plans focus on providing connections to community oriented destinations like downtown areas, bus, rail and ferry stops, employment areas, schools, and major shopping areas. Both the BAC and PAC concentrate on implementing and setting funding priorities for bicycle and pedestrian projects identified in the two respective plans.
