2044 Domestic violence reported in the 100 block of Dorset Dr resulted in the arrest of Caleb Halcomb(25), Transient Vacaville for 243(e)(1)PC- Domestic Violence, 422 PC- Felony Criminal Threats and 11364.1HS- Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Halcomb was transported to Solano County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
