EDITOR'S NOTE: Sara Bowling, of Dixon, stated a woman approximately five-foot-six-inches, with black hair possibly curly, pulled back hair and dark skin was walking around the area of Safeway with her daughter asking for money and food. Bowling told Patch that the woman startled her, coming up behind her looking to look in her cart while she was putting groceries in her car.
Megan Mary, also of Dixon, stated that the same woman touched things in her cart and aggressively begged for cash.

1838 Traffic stop at South 1st St and Parkway Dr. The driver was found to be driving on a suspended license. The driver was issued a citation for 14601.1(a) β Suspended Driver.
1906 Follow-up at West A St and Pitt School Road
2025 Lost dog in the 1300 block of Valley Glen Dr. RPβs 2 dogs got loose from the backyard. The dogs were found earlier in the day by employees of the City of Dixon. A notice along with a picture of the dogs was posted on Dixon 411. The RP was shown the picture and confirmed they were his dogs. He was given the number to Humane Animal Services where the dogs were housed for the night.
