As the elder sister, age 12, said the man grabbed her and lifted up her shirt. Seeing her sister in distress, the younger sister -- age 8 -- attempted to pull her big sister away from the kidnapper.
The kidnapper then set his sights on the little sister and grabbed her from behind, police said. That's when the older sister began making a whole heap of noise, prompting the kidnapper to release the little sister and run away, police said.
