The event was put on by with the assistance of the and departments, Solano Sheriff's Department as well as ATOD. Several hundred people came out to gather eggs and give the thumbs down to something that affects all communities, yes, even little Dixon.

It was an opportunity for the community to come together and rally against drugs, while having a little bit of some Easter fun.
One of the things that impressed me the most was to see a church out and about doing something good for the community. Of course this wasn't the first time that this has happened in Dixon. There are many churches here that do great things for the community and I would like to recognize each of them in this rave.

Dixon is truly a special place to live, and its the churches and the people who attend them that are a big factor in this.
