0032 Pedestrian stop in the 600 block of Humboldt Drive resulted in the arrest of Mark
Vincent Tucker (27) from Dixon for two outstanding arrest warrants. Tucker was cited
and released from the scene.
0120 Pedestrian Stop at North Almond Street and North Lincoln Street resulted in the arrest of Jose Refugio Zarate (29) from Dixon for a warrant and for being on possession of drug
paraphernalia and Methamphetamine. Zarate was transported to Solano County Jail.
