'Super 8' at Top of Rentals List in Dixon

I've been wanting to check out Steven Spielberg's "Super 8" but haven't got around to renting it. Now that I see that it's at the top of this week's Redbox Rentals in Dixon, I am going to make some time for it.

The movie stars a bunch of young actors, many of them making their debut on the silver screen, who witness a train wreck and start to uncover weird things happening around their town.

The users of the popular review site Rottentomatoes.com gave the film a 78 percent freshness rating, while critics gave the film an 82 percent freshness rating. The fresher the rating, the better the movie according to the site.

Next on the Top 10 list is "30 Minutes or Less." Haven't seen this film either, but the users of Rottentomatoes gave it a 50 percent freshness rating, while critics gave it a 44 percent freshness rating.

Have you seen it yet? If you say it's cool, maybe I'll check it out.
