Texas Hold-em For Charity: Dixon Legion Riders Will Give Up To $5,000 in Prizes
Dixon Legion Riders to host Charity "Texas" Poker Night

The Legion Riders, a specialized sub-group of Dixon American Legion Post 208, will be holding a charity fund raising Texas Hold-em tournament this Saturday, March 23, starting at 6 pm with up to $5,000 in prizes. The event is open to the public and seating will be available on a first-come-first served basis.

The doors at the Dixon Veteran’s Hall at 1305 North First Street in Dixon (next to Napa Auto Parts) open at 4:30 with the games starting at 6 pm with only a $50 buy-in. Food will be included in the initial buy in and a full bar is available. Re-buys can be purchased for the first hour with one add-on available after the first hour.
The “Legion Riders” are all members of the Dixon American Legion Post who have motorcycles and participate in local, state and national Rider events. The Legion Riders is a national organization and part of the American Legion. The group has its own board and raises funds for Veteran and community assistance. A portion of the proceeds from this event with go to benefit the Veteran’s North Bay Stand down.
