Detectives developed information that Jordan had helped Espitia escape arrest and had tampered with evidence, Nadasdy said.
She was booked into Solano County Jail for being an accessory to a crime and participating in a criminal street gang.
Espitia's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 25.
Anyone with information about Jordan's alleged role in the slaying is asked to call Detective Chris Lechuga at (707) 449-5269.
