Walmart to Hire Up to 95 Employees for New Vacaville Walmart Neighborhood Market
The hiring center is now open.

Walmart plans to hire up to 95 employees for a new Walmart Neighborhood Market to open this summer in Vacaville.
A temporary hiring center has opened at 1015 Alamo Drive in Vacaville to facilitate the application process and interviews.
Applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interested applicants should apply online at http://careers.walmart.com. Contact the hiring center at 707-455-8074.

According to store manager Eric Munson, the store will be hiring both full- and part-time associates.
“We are excited to add a new Walmart Neighborhood Market to Vacaville and bring good jobs with great career opportunities to the Vacaville,” said Munson.

Walmart provides a benefits program to eligible full- and part-time associates. For example, it provides a variety of affordable health and well-being benefits including health-care coverage with no lifetime maximum. The average wage for full-time hourly Associates in California is $12.93.
Walmart also offers eligible associates matching 401(k) contributions of up to 6 percent of pay, discounts on general merchandise, an Associate Stock Purchase Program and company-paid life insurance. Additionally, eligible associates receive a quarterly incentive based on store performance.
The majority of associates will begin work in May to help prepare the store for its grand opening.
