113-Unit Affordable Senior Housing To Break Ground In Dublin

DUBLIN, CA — Local leaders will attend the groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on the Regional Street Apartments, a 113-unit affordable housing community for seniors.

The apartments, designed by Eden Housing, will be located on a 1.3-acre site at 7750 St. Patrick Way, close to the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, I-580, and I-680. It will feature 55 studios and 57 one-bedroom apartments, and be open to older adults earning between 20-50% of the Alameda County Area Median Income. 34 of the units will be reserved to formerly unhoused individuals.

The groundbreaking will take place Friday, May 30 from 12-2 p.m. Dublin Mayor Sherry Hu, California State Senator Jerry McNerney, and representatives from Congressman Eric Swalwell, Assemblymember Liz Ortega, and County Supervisor David Haubert will be present.
