3-Bedroom Dublin Homes On Sale For $577K

DUBLIN, CA — Four moderate-income Below Market Rate duet homes are available in the newly-opened Francis Ranch development, a community of 573 single-family houses and townhomes spread across six neighborhoods in east Dublin.

The three-bedroom duets, which range from 1,795 to 1,839 square feet and feature an attached two-car garage, are priced at $576,615 or households with 3-6 people.

A total of 18 moderate-income BMRs (14 three-bedroom duets and four four-bedroom townhomes) will be available between 2025 and 2027, the city said.

Trumark is accepting applications for the first four duets through Oct. 31, 2025 by 4 p.m. To apply, submit a BMR Pre-Qualification Application, a Loan Pre-Approval, and other documentation. See here for all necessary application documents and information.
