500-Home Dublin Centre Development Planned For 2025
Landsea Homes announced the acquisition of 500 homesites adjacent to a planned entertainment center in East Dublin.
DUBLIN, CA — Landsea Homes announced that it has acquired 500 homesites for a new master-planned community called Dublin Centre. The site is located adjacent to a planned entertainment district close to Grand Paseo public park, Emerald Glen Park, Fallon Sports Park, and within walking distance of schools and the Iron Horse Trail.
The development will feature a mix of single-family detached and attached townhomes of varying architectural styles, according to a Landsea news release. Every home will contain high-tech features like a HomePod mini wireless access point, Wi-Fi enabled entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, a doorbell camera, and smart home activation via Best Buy’s Geek Squad, among other features.
The development will also feature a community swim center, water park, and gathering area. Development is slated to begin in later 2024 and sales are expected to begin in later 2025, Landsea said. Pricing will be announced later.
