DUBLIN, CA — Dublin leaders will gather Wednesday for a ribbon-cutting of Francis Ranch, a community of 573 homes in eastern Dublin near Fallon Sports Park.

A mix of single-family homes and townhomes will soon be available in six Francis Ranch neighborhoods, developed by Orange County-based Trumark Homes. A four-bedroom home available in December 2025 is currently being listed for $1.98 million, while a five-bedroom also available in December is listed for $2.9 million.

  • A meditation garden
  • Basketball, bocce, and pickle ball courts

The Wednesday ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. at the Francis Ranch Welcome Center at 1800 Humphreys Way. Dublin Vice Mayor Kashef Qaadri, Dublin Deputy City Manager Hazel Wetherford, and Dublin Chamber of Commerce CEO and President Inge Houston will be present. Leaders from Trumark Homes and Dublin business owners and community members will also attend.
